1)IMPORTANT. Our Cruises board at several locations in Manhattan, so please do not go to the South Street Seaport for your cruise. Instead, use the email confirmation that we will send you once your reservation is confirmed, which will show the location for your cruise, as well as directions to the pier location.

2) Check out our cruise schedule to see which cruise you'd like to take.

3) Send an email to orders@citylightscruises.com that includes your name & phone number, date and time of the cruise you want to book and your Living Social voucher number(s). OR have your Living Social voucher number ready, then call us at 212-822-8880 (mon to fri 9am-8pm). NOTE: Due to the huge response to this offer our phones are very busy, we ask that you send inquiries and reservation requests to orders@citylightscruises.com, where we will be able to respond to you by the end of the business day.

4) We' ll process your order promptly and send an email confirmation which you can print and bring to the yacht.

Some things you should know...

1) Although we do serve a delicious hot buffet, we are not a traditional dinner cruise and seating is on a first come, first served basis. Don't worry, there are plenty of seats for everyone, but if you have a big group or want to make sure you get a prime table we suggest you arrive early.

2) Our cruises mostly run on weekends. We have Fridays at 8:00pm, Saturdays at 6:30pm and 10:30pm and Sundays at 4pm. Actual cruise times may vary slightly. Note that cruises that begin at 7:30pm or later are for guests 16 and over. All other cruise times are valid for all ages.

3) All confirmed reservations are final. We regret that there are no cancellations, and parties who miss their cruise cannot re-schedule to a future date.

4) We want you to dance! So we strive to satisfy DJ requests, and we mash things up with a wide variety of musical genres.

5) Sometimes we have special event cruises on upgraded yachts, with enhanced menus and other amenities, and these will be priced higher. If you would like to use your Living Social voucher for a Special Event cruise you simply pay the fare difference. Only the 4th of July and New Years Eve cruises are not available with any promotional offer.
